Sure the facts might not be wrong but an effective intro isn’t supposed to bring up these… issues. In this sense then, the blurb is a miserable failure.

Sir, you did not give me a mission statement as to what you hoped to accomplish with this introduction. Under these circumstances, given the factual authenticity of the statements, I find your handling of this situation wholly unprofessional.
